"Raspart processing" is a high corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology consisting of a metal zinc layer in the first layer, a special chemical conversion coating layer in the second layer, and a surface sintering layer made of polyester-based material in the third layer. Unlike typical surface treatments that use a single substance for rust prevention, this technology achieves outstanding overall corrosion resistance through the synergistic effect of these three layers. No harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium, trivalent chromium, lead, cadmium, or mercury are used at all. We have now developed an "Excellent Passivation Treatment (EP Treatment)" that dramatically improves corrosion resistance even further (target: head rusting 1000 hours).
